i had a fantastic stay at portola hotel & spa. the staff was very professional, the location was excellent, and we were so close to the wharfs. the beds were super comfy and the room was spacious and clean. it was great to have onsite parking and be near fisherman's wharf for whale watching cruises. the check-in staff were really nice and even upgraded us to a room with a secluded patio.

The location is ideal for dining and whale watching. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a thoughtful surprise for our anniversary. The freshly baked cookies upon check-in were a nice touch. Cafe Treiste nearby serves amazing coffee and food.
Felt very well, nothing to complain about.
